Description

A typical stone wall house, detached, recently restored, featuring a small and comfortable apartment in a panoramic position overlooking the hills of Lucca (300 m above sea level). The apartment is located in the terraced garden of the estate, near the beautiful infinity pool. The owners live with their two sons in the house above, next to two other apartments available to rent.

Interior

The apartment is furnished in a welcoming and cosy style and it features:

Private entrance to the  dining/living room, equipped with dining table, sofa, satellite TV, kitchenette (two ring gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine), a double bedroom (open plan), bathroom with shower and toilet.

Exterior

Outside, there is a private area, equipped with dining table, garden umbrella and barbecue. A few metres from the house there is an outdoor shower and a beautiful infinity pool, which is shared with the owners and two other small apartments available to rent (pool size: 12 m x 6 m, depth 1.4 m. Child supervision is compulsory). The pool is open from the 26th April 2014 to the 18th October 2014, and it offers a great view overlooking the lowlands of Lucca and the surrounding hills.

Laundry: it is possible to use the laundry for a small fee. The laundry area is shared with the other guests of the residence.

Reserved outdoor parking and private entrance.

Olive oil produced on the estate is available to buy on request.

All three apartments offer complete privacy. They are ideal for summer holidays but thanks to the central heating system they are good all year round.

In the garden by the swimming pool, there is a bathroom with toilet and two outdoor showers available to guests.

You can reach Lucca from Pisa or Florence by bus or train. To reach Ciciana, you need a car (if you don’t have access to a car you will need to rent one). The address is:
